Proactive Approach
We like to think that we take a unique approach to supporting our clients' needs. This approach is a simple one: fix the problem at hand, while doing everything possible to prevent future problems as well. Our proactive approach is not only more cost effective in the long run, but also keeps your business running as efficient as possible in the short term.
Many service providers are instead only reactive to situations. They fix only the problem at hand, and do nothing to anticipate or prevent future problems. They may even try to sell a "proactive" monitoring service. Unfortunately, this too only allows them to react faster to an issue after it occurs.
It's your Business
When we first meet with a perspective client, we often hear one complaint about their prior IT service provider: that the client was never really informed about what technology is in place, what it is being used for, or are ever given even a basic description of problems that occur.
We enjoy servicing our clients in a way that reinforces the fact that the client should always be given full control of things. This includes giving the client enough information to make a decision which makes the most sense for them.
