When we first meet with a perspective client, we often hear one complaint about their prior IT service provider: that the client was never really informed about what technology is in place, what it is being used for, or are ever given even a basic description of problems that occur.

We enjoy servicing our clients in a way that reinforces the fact that the client should always be given full control of things. This includes giving the client enough information to make a decision which makes the most sense for them.
